Zucchini Rice

Here is a super quick and easy way to change up your plain ol rice. It is also a great way to add more veggies to your meal. The best part? It takes only a few more minutes that normal to cook your rice. Now I did not use this as a “rice replacement” or to cut back on carbs or rice. I did it just to have tastier rice!
