I love stuffed pork chops! My hubby used to make ones stuffed with sweet potato biscuits and they were so good! Here is a super quick recipe to add some variety to your pork chops! And the best part is pork has been staying on the cheap side so go ahead and buy it up!

Serve these along with your favorites sides. I paired it with roasted green beans and creamy garlic orzo.
