Chorizo and corn chowder

Here is a fun twist on the classic and chicken and corn chowder. It is also super quick and easy.

I used creamed corn to help give it the creamy texture without all the excess cream.

What is chorizo? It is a Spanish spiced sausage. The degree of heat will vary but it provides a nice flavor for a variety of dishes.
