Asparagus Gratin

Don’t know what to do with all of the fresh asparagus available? Try this gratin as a side for any protein source you are making. We had it alongside steak and potatoes and it was so good!

Here’s my new tip: use croutons as breadcrumbs- they are already crunchy and are seasoned. This saves time!

And the best part? You just toss it all together- takes almost no time to prepare!
